Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your return package to any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label to ensure timely processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned beauty products, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
